Advisors desiring on-site assessment receive “high intensity” consultation which focuses on specific areas of concentration and includes follow-up teleconferences. |

On-Site Consulting packages begin at a half-day while the most comprehensive service starts at 2 ½ days |

Participants will complete a comprehensive self-assessment from which a starting point will be identified and ongoing direction will be jointly determined by the advisor and the consultant |

Calls are 60 minutes in duration to maximize advisors’ ability to generate revenue and to ensure that advisors and their teams have time to implement the actions identified |

An Implementation Plan will be jointly created at the end of each call and will create the framework for accountability to growth |

Participants will have access to an array of tools and resources |

Advisors receive “just-in-time” advice and coaching on their specific practice management challenges with this flexible teleconference service. A practice may begin with this option, or it may be utilized as ongoing support after the completion of an On-Site Consulting service. |
